March 27th-28th 7A-11P Presentations @9:00, and Open Sew
March 29th 7A - Noon Open Sew - we will have classroom time in the light filled Avalon Room with french doors that open to a beautiful outdoor patio. This is the time make sure you have contacts on all of your new quilting friends, wrap up your projects or wrap up your work station.

Joanna will share her many tips and tricks regarding color theory, piecing, and block placement so that you may create your own versions of classic quilts. A special project or two are planned, some surprise swag, as well as independent sewing time.

Retreat will include classroom time with Joanna, with special projects and kits available, including a Figgy Pop Up Shop, extended studio time, Lunch on the Avalon Patio on 3/27 & 28th, and the Aviara Resort concessions at value pricing and access to our value room block pricing. Breakfast and Dinner at your leisure.

Quiltersrevival will provide top level cutting and ironing stations with Flatter scented sprays, as well as OLFA rotary cutters and larger rulers. We also offer a 15% discount promo code from Fat Quarter Shop. This will be provided 2 months prior to retreat.

At this time there are no provisions for sewing machine rentals. Small wheeled travel bags can be purchased at big box stores or Amazon.

Retreat begins at 1PM on September 14th, and ends at Noon on the 17th. We will begin retreat with introductions and sharing, and sewing station setup prior to check in at 4PM. Lunch will be provided days 2 and 3, with snacks provided. Sewing studio open 7AM-11PM for retreat attendees. Ironing and cutting stations provided. Note: If you would like an additional day of sewing and crafting you can add it in under comment section on reservation form.

There a few main projects offered at this retreat, but don’t be surprised if we add more! This will be a crafty quilting and stitching retreat, with lots of technique and skills building included. It’s difficult to contain the enthusiasm Sarah and I have for creating, teaching, and encouraging - and we want to share all of our ideas with you! Projects will be taught by the amazing Sarah Gozzo and your humble hostess Erica Ericsson .

Quiltersrevival Friends & Refresh Retreat In Nashville!

When: May 27th-30th, 2021

Where: The Gaylord Opryland

Friends, fun, refreshment, projects, and joy will be offered!

Our meeting room will allow each attendee an individual sewing station, and tables will be set in groups for sharing and meeting new friends.

Cutting and ironing stations will be provided. There will be ample overhead light but bring your table lamp if you think you might want more direct light. A detailed supply list is sent out three months prior to our event.

Lodging reservations in our block are at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. A link will be provided upon registration to access our discounted room block. Rooms will be available for attendees from May 26th-June 1st, 2021. Nightly room rate $229 plus the usual fees.

Join us at the Historical Chautauqua Park in Boulder Colorado, nestled at the base of the Flatiron Mountain Range for five days, 4 nights of sewing, with world class instruction by Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie’s Quilt Co. and Moda Fabrics! Carrie is a master of color, pattern and quilt design. Some of her books include Miss Rosie’s Farmhouse Favorites, Schnibbles, Pin Pals and her newest book from Martingale, Summer Moon! We are beyond fortunate to have Carrie come to teach us with skill and humor!

Harvest Moon is a time to enjoy the autumnal equinox and the bountiful fall season! During September each year the Harvest Moon has the effect of illuminating the landscape in rich fall hues making it appear brighter, and more colorful!

We will have four segments offered at this retreat; you can choose to work on one project exclusively or get involved on as many as you like!

1. Megadream Bag

Learn to sew with cork, and install perfect zippers!

2. Harvest Moon Blocks- color and construction tips. Based on the Summer Moon book by Carrie Nelson.

3. Figtree Sugar Pumpkins

4. Porch Stitching- Meg Hawkey of Crabapple Hill has designed some fab and fun Fall designs for us to stitch to our hearts content. Also a fun intro to crossstitch- kit included.

We have some seriously scrappy fun planned! There will be a couple of group projects to delight and inspire, and plenty of time to catch up on WIP's!! Sewing to our hearts content in the midst of one of the most beautiful places on Earth! Rooms with patios and gorgeous red rock views. Have you ever experienced a geological Vortex!? Lifetime experience- we have two planned hikes... Easy to moderate effort, optional!
